Quiet neighborhood within Lakes of the North wooded association with friendly neighbors on the same road.
During the winter season, guests can expect to experience a few inches of snow during their stay. Plowing is completed regularly and front wheel drive vehicle with good tires do work, but 4 wheel drive vehicles are nice and secure.
Roads can be both gravel and paved. There is a seasonal road that is not recommended for traveling. Driveway allows for 4 car parking and a large trailer for toys.

Rent North started with a simple idea ... create the kind of places we would want to stay ourselves. Clean, comfortable, peaceful spaces where you can slow down, relax, and enjoy everything Northern Michigan has to offer.
We’re Jamie and Jon, born and raised in Northern Michigan. We grew up around the lakes, trails, snow, woods, and small towns that make this area such a special place. Jon is a builder and loves working with his hands and creating things that last. I'm is a Realtor and property manager who loves hospitality, hosting, and making sure every guest has a great experience.
Together, we combine building, real estate, and hospitality to create cabins, homes, and camping spaces that feel comfortable, well cared for, and welcoming. We take pride in keeping our places clean, peaceful, and ready for guests to relax the moment they walk in the door.
