Cabin is located in the woods amongst 40 acres. There’s a small, 4 campsite, camp ground by Patterson road that’s booked seasonally.

The cabin is located on a power line easement and is the first driveway beyond the campground on the right.

This property is amongst 40 acres that is owned by Jon and myself. The property is located out in the country and is 15 minutes away from Gaylord. Getting around is different for each season, here are some seasonal expectations...

1. Winter Season. This is a snowbelt area. Ski-ers, snowboarders, snowmobilers DREAM! Patterson Rd and Main roads are county maintained. The cabins easement and driveway is maintained by Jon and myself. Shovels are provided at each cabin for guests use. A AWD or FWD vehicle is highly recommended! Regular roads and highways are cleaned and snow covered. Some paved, some dirt.

2. Fall and Spring. This type of the year can have more rain involved making the easement muddy and messy. Therefore I still encourage a AWD vehicle during these times. Regular roads and highways are clean. Some paved, some dirt.

3. Summer Season. Any vehicle is welcomed. Just be mindful of the weather as if theres rain, the driveway can be muddy and messy. Regular roads and highways are clean. Some paved, some dirt.
